PURCHASING AGREEMENT FOR PACKAGES + SERVICES Please keep in mind that all deposits are nonrefundable as it is my way of securing your spot in my schedule.  We often book our projects several months in advance as to be sure that We can guarantee all of our clients receive the proper amount of time their project deserves.  Because of this process, We often turn away clients, or push projects back beyond your reserved project time slot. Therefore, if you back out it may leave an empty slot in our schedule that could have been given to another project. Our nonrefundable deposit is our way of securing payment and making sure our clients are completely invested in moving forward with their branding project. PROJECT SCHEDULES Project schedules will be defined and adhered to by both the client and Trevis Bailey, provided that neither shall incur any liability, penalty, or additional cost due to delays caused by any acts beyond the control of the client or Trevis Bailey. If or when project schedules are not adhered to by the clients, final delivery and launch date(s) will be adjusted accordingly and may result in additional fees.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE The Packages/Services offered are subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Premier Branding & Marketing Solutions LLC, and Trevis Bailey, unless otherwise specified, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new Premier Branding & Marketing Solutions LLC properties, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. We do our absolute best to link back to contact and images found from other sources, both via click-throughs and image credit listings. If you ever feel like any content provided doesn’t accurately credit the original source, please contact us so that we can adjust the attribution.
